WHEN AND WHERE DO YOU MEET? 

We meet on Tuesday nights at 8pm to 9.30pm inside the main hall of Robert Piggott Infant School, Beverley Gardens, Wargrave, RG10 8ED.

I'VE NEVER SUNG IN A CHOIR BEFORE, DOES THAT MATTER?

No problem! We would love to hear from you! You don't need any singing experience to join in, just bring a bottle of water, a pencil and a sense of humour!  We will offer you a warm welcome and help you settle in.

I'M NOT IN WARGRAVE, CAN I JOIN?

Yes, absolutely! Many of our members live in surrounding towns and villages. There is plenty of free parking at the venue.

I CAN'T ATTEND EACH WEEK - IS THAT OK?  

Many of our members lead busy lives, so they just come along when they can. We have sound tracks we can listen to between sessions to it's easy to catch up. It's a very relaxed, community atmosphere, lots of laughter and always great fun, yet Jonny still manages to create an amazing sound from us all! We all go home buzzing. 

WHAT DO YOU SING?

Our Musical Director arranges our songs so they are unique and suit our mixed ability and experience. We sing a mix of modern genre, like George Ezra, Coldplay, Billy Joel, Elton John, ELO, Queen & Elbow to name a few, as well as other genres like Folk, Gospel and Musicals. We have performed more classical songs too including, Gloria & Va, Pensiero. So there is something for everyone to enjoy.

DO I HAVE TO TAKE PART IN PERFORMANCES? 

No, it's perfectly fine with us if you don't wish to perform, we just want you to enjoy your singing with us, whether that's just in rehearsals or in front of a crowd. You choose. 

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Please see 'How to Join' page for details. We are an entirely self-funding choir. We try hard to make it affordable for all, keeping our monthly membership costs low. This offers everyone great value and enables us to support local young musicians with bursary support.
